The RASDU measures 45 ft in length overall, with a 25-foot beam and a 5-foot draft, giving it access to shallow coves and anchorages that larger boats often cannot reach. Twin 50-hp engines provide auxiliary power and the responsive handling expected from twin-hull boats, especially when moving through tighter marinas. Equipment on board includes a full navigation suite with GPS chart plotter and autopilot, plus cockpit comfort gear such as a bimini and sprayhood. Safety and tender gear are also covered, with a liferaft, VHF, and a dinghy with outboard for trips ashore.
