Description

Built in 2018, Hygge is a 40-foot catamaran that combines the steadiness of twin hulls with generous deck space, and she is based at Arenal/Playa de Palma in Balearic Islands, Spain. Her layout includes 5 private cabins, 2 bathrooms aboard, and accommodation for up to 10 people.

With a length overall of 40 feet, a beam of 23 feet, and a draft of 5 feet, she is well suited to exploring sheltered waters and anchoring near the coast. Twin 40-hp engines add auxiliary power and help deliver the handling catamarans are known for when maneuvering in tight marinas.

Aboard, you’ll find a complete navigation package with GPS chart plotter and autopilot, plus cockpit comfort items such as a bimini and sprayhood. Safety equipment includes a liferaft and VHF, and a dinghy with outboard is also provided for shore transfers. Charter management is with IRIS Yachtcharter, and the Arenal/Playa de Palma base gives access to Spain’s coastline for week-long or longer itineraries.
